Yes, you will need to apply for each position for which you would like to be considered. Simply login to your account and select the position(s) you wish to apply to.
Your profile will be vetted by our Talent Acquisition Team. This process can take approximately two weeks. If your qualifications are a match for what we are seeking, a Talent Acquisition Representative will reach out to you.

Depending upon the position and department, you may interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team first so that we may obtain more information and learn about your qualifications. Hiring Managers may conduct formal interviews thereafter.
Interviews may take a few minutes to a few hours. Be prepared to answer questions about:
- Your background and career interests
- Why you want to work at Ormat
We may use a blend of behavioral interviewing and situation-based questions to help us understand the way you solve problems and meet challenging situations.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be working directly with our Talent Acquisition Team who will send you updates throughout the process and be your contact person for additional questions. After the interview process, if you are selected for the position, the Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Manager will contact you to extend an offer.
The background process includes criminal searches, employment verifications from previous companies, and educational institution requirements.
Our Talent Acquisition Team will get you set for your first day by providing the information needed, including where to go and what to do. We have a fully developed New Hire Orientation Program to welcome you to the team!
