This position is responsible for operating the controls of the rig, acting as the rig lead, and reports to Rig Supervisor.

The Asset Manager performs a wide variety of tasks related to the planning, developing and reporting of Ormat’s revenues and expenses.

As theSAP Data Steward (MDS) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and deactivating master data and data attributes in SAP with a focus on materials and plant maintenance data. The MDS has an essential role in establishing in monitoring existing and new data against and ensuring timely and high-quality creation of new data in the system. The MDS reports to the SAP Master Data Supervisor.

This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day office functions while utilizing the most efficient methods ensuringthat all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

This position is responsible for all aspects of engineering construction procurement projects. The incumbent is responsible for managing all inhouse and external engineering, procurement, installation and testing through turnover to aftersales/Operations. They will ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

The Power Studies Engineer will use ETAP software in order to build electrical models of geothermal and/or solar facilities and perform System studies including Arc Flash, Short Circuit, Protection Coordination, and an evaluation of compliance with relevant safety standards. The Engineer will prepare written reports of the evaluation including recommendations to correct any deficiencies.

This position is responsible for general operations and maintenance support in order to maintain high plant availability including condition monitoring and optimization, development and implementation of best practices for predictive and preventative maintenance, development of maintenance management system, develop and maintain critical spares program, and remote monitoring of asset health. This position will be based at one of several California plant locations which will be supported.

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of power plant and all associated equipment in accordance with procedures, guidelines, and operating directives in effect. Perform multi-skilled operational tasks. Has the ability to perform all operational duties associated with the power plant. Trains and guides less experienced operations personnel.

The Commissioning Engineer, Storage Operations is responsible for the planning and interfacing with design teams, oversight of commissioning work, acceptance testing, and turnover of battery storage facilities on behalf of the Operations.

Responsible for the preventive maintenance on all engines and rig equipment. Assists mechanics on engines repair and maintains inventory of hand tools, spare parts and engines equipment. Act as the floor lead.
