Position Summary This position is responsible for geologic evaluations of geothermal systems to support world-class exploration, development, and operations of geothermal resources globally. An individual in this role will work in a world-class collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment.

This position is responsible for general engineering support including development of plant operation and maintenance procedures, ongoing plant troubleshooting, develop and participate in plant schedule and preventive maintenance, plant safety, plant inventory, plant efficiency, performance monitoring and improvements, development and implementation of various field projects, revenue improvement and cost reduction.

This position is responsible for assisting in purchasing, maintaining inventory control, shipping, receiving and labeling of materials in accordance with applicable permits, laws, rules and regulations.

This position is responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing low and high voltage electrical equipment.

The Policy and Permitting Manager will report to the Director Business Development. This position will be duly focused on permitting in support of exploration, development, and operation of Ormat’s renewable energy projects; and the development and implementation of the Company’s government affairs strategy at the federal, state, and local levels.

This position mustbe able to perform the essential functions below.The Technician works under close supervision, performing the essential functions at an adequate level.

Supervision of industrial electrical installation at the various locations of installation, and provides experience in construction management and contract supply completion

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects at all stages from scoping to closeout. Project Manager will work to ensure projects are completed on time, on schedule and within established financial and operational constraints. This position has an emphasis on well drilling, well interventions, well field development, and well field systems.
